Passion for the land, for wine,
and for nature
Today, Livernano is an organic farm that produces high quality wines, excellent olive oil, honey, vegetables and fruit. Its 25 hectares of vineyards have been planted with nine different grape varieties. The age-old olive groves have been restored and currently accommodate around 1,000 olive trees of Italian varieties. The remaining 60 hectares consist of woods surrounding the property.
We combine the history and ancient grapes of Tuscany with the most modern cultivation and winemaking techniques. Our first vineyards were planted 20 years ago using selected vines suited to our soil and microclimate. The high density, exceptionally low yields were adopted for one sole purpose: to extract the best possible quality from this wonderful land. Since 2015, we have been converting to organic production.
